1. Initialization
By accessing or using the Finans Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these rules, you must not access or use our platform. Your synchronization with our nodes constitutes full acceptance.

3. Identity Nodes
To access certain features, you must create a profile. You represent that you will provide accurate data and maintain the absolute security of your access keys (passwords). You are responsible for all activities occurring under your node.
4. Visual Assets
All content, features, and visual architecture are the exclusive property of Finans. Our trademarks and digital designs may not be used without explicit authorization from Nexus HQ.
